Our application Process

Road to xtream

We are extremely picky and selective about the people we bring on board.
Our interviewing process has three phases: at first, you will meet our Talent Manager and founders, to know each other and understand if our ambitions match.
We then give you something to prove your value. An assignment, followed by a technical review to challenge your work and assess whether you care about quality as much as we do.
